Why I chose Self Publishing

After doing some research I realized I could end up making a bigger profit as a self published author. Not only that but in the time it takes to submit one's manuscript to a traditional publisher, I could have my book on the market and selling copies. Indeed, we have come a long way since my grandmother Marget M. Mills first self-published her book Precious Penelope in the 1990s. She had to shell out a pretty penny and market herself by word of mouth. Social Media has made it so much easier for self-published authors like me to get their books in print.
